                                Mix the yeast, flour and salt in a bowl. Make a well in the middle and pour in the lukewarm water. Knead until a smooth dough.

                                Cover the bowl with a damp, clean tea towel and let the dough rise for 1 hour.

                                Preheat the oven to 250 ° C.

                                Cut the bacon into strips that are as thin as possible. Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough onto a baking tray covered with parchment paper to a thickness of 1 cm.

                                Mix the crème fraîche with the cottage cheese and season with the nutmeg, pepper and salt. Divide this mixture over the dough.
