Directions

  1. Bring all the ingredients with 200 ml of water to the boil in a thick-bottomed pan. Cook the apples at a low setting for about 30 minutes until soft. Stir frequently.
  2. Stamp the applesauce, but do not crush the knife. Garnish with leaves of mint. As a dessert with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
