Select potatoes that are about the same size for this dish. Prick the peel of the potatoes here and there with a skewer to prevent bursting.

Put them in a circle in the uncovered bowl. Cook the potatoes in the microwave for about 6 minutes at 800 Watt. Turn them around halfway.

Have the potatoes covered or wrapped in aluminum foil. Cross them and create a filling of your choice (see below).
