Ingredients
Directions
-
Cut the buttocks and the ugly green of the spring onions. Halve thick bunches in length.
-
Roll out the pizza dough with the baking paper and cut the dough into 2 pieces. Pull out the 2 pieces each on all sides so that the dough becomes slightly thinner. Brush the 2 pieces of dough with the crème fraîche. Cut the ham into broad strips. Place the spring onions on the dough and divide the hamlets between them. Sprinkle the cheese over it and top it with black pepper.
-
Heat the pizza stone in a dense barbecue for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle the stone with a little flour. When the flower starts to color, put 1 piece of flammkuchen (without baking paper) using a wide spatula on the pizza stone.
-
Fry the flammkuchen in a dense or on an open barbecue in 6-8 minutes until crispy. Then fry the other piece of flammkuchen in the same way. Cut them into 6-8 pieces.
