Cut the bell pepper into strips and put the mozzarella into slices. Let the paprika and mozzarella drain well on a thick layer of kitchen paper. Cut the focaccia or ciabatta into 4 pieces and cut it open. Brush the slices with tomato sauce.

Cover the bottom with slices of salami, strips of paprika and slices of mozzarella. Place the tops on it.

Bake the sandwiches in a sandwich maker, contact grill or in a hot grill pan crispy brown.
