Cheese fondue of blue cheese, garlic cream cheese and mature cheese with Italian herbs

Grater blue cheese in kitchen machine. Ris sprigs of thyme and rosemary from bag of herb mix and finely chop with remaining herbs. Heat the wine and cream cheese in a fondue pan while stirring over low heat.

Stir in grated cheese little by little with a wooden spoon through hot wine mixture until all the cheese has melted. Stir in cup of cornstarch with water to smooth paste. Mix the cheese fondue with cornstarch while stirring. Stir seasoning and pepper to taste by cheese fondue.

Tasty with diced brown or baguette.
