Forest fruit jam
A tasty Dutch recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: strawberries, blackberries ((250 g, frozen), thawed), raspberries, blueberries, sugar and lemon (squeezed out).

Wipe the strawberries with moist kitchen paper. Loosen the crowns and remove the hard core.

Mix the strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, berries and sugar in a bowl. Leave covered 1 night outside the fridge.

Spoon the fruit mixture and lemon juice into a thick-bottomed pan. Bring to the boil and cook on low heat for 25-30 min. Stirring until the jam is 105 ° C. You can check this with the kitchen thermometer. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.

Fill the pots to the edge. Immediately close and allow to cool down in reverse. Hang on each pot a card with name, month and year. You can keep the jam in a cool, dark place for 3 months. Can be stored in the refrigerator for approx. 1 month after opening.
