Free-range sausage with kale, onion and raw vegetables from the wok


Comfortfood: white-bean puree and vegetable stir-fry of kale and paprika with sausages.

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the sausages over medium heat in about 20 minutes until golden brown and done. Times regularly.
  2. Let the white beans drain in the meantime. Wash the pepper, halve and remove the seed lists.
  3. Cut the flesh into strips. Clean the garlic and cut finely.
  4. Heat the water on low heat in a saucepan. Add the rosemary and half of the garlic and simmer for 1 min.
  5. Add the white beans and scoop. Leave to simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
  6. Add the oil and puree with the hand blender to a smooth puree. Season with pepper and salt.
  7. In the meantime, heat the oil in a stirring stir-fry the pepper, kale and the rest of the garlic for 10 minutes.
  8. Add the raw vegetables and stir-fry for 1 min. Season with pepper and salt. Serve the white-bean puree with the vegetable stir-fry and sausages.
