Spicy ham with mihoensalade
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, noodles (250 g), cucumber (in half slices), little gem (coarsely cut), onion (in parts), oil, spring onions ((3 pieces), in pieces of 3 cm) , hamstrings (julienne (200 g)) and wok sauce Ginger and Garlic ((bottle 200 ml)).

Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging, collect some cooking water and rinse the noodles in a colander under cold water. Mix the noodles with the cucumber and little gem and divide this into 4 plates.

Fry the onion in the oil, add the spring onions and ham strips, add the wok sauce and 50 ml of boiling water from the noodles and heat for 1 minute. Spoon the spicy ham over the mihoensalade.
