Creamy fish with crispy puff pastry
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, wild and white rice (pack 500 g), puff pastry ((frozen), thawed), cauliflower, ground turmeric (koenjit), whipped cream (250 ml), cod fillet ((advantageous package 750 g frozen) , thawed) and dill (chopped).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Remove the plastic sheets from the puff pastry, cut the slices twice diagonally in half so that you get 4 triangles and brown the slices on the baking sheet in 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, divide the cauliflower into florets.

Bring a pan of water with salt and the turmeric (this gives the cauliflower a yellow color) to the boil and cook the florets in 6 minutes al dente.

Pour the whipped cream into a pan and add the fish and some pepper and salt.

Let the fish cook slowly in 7 minutes, with the lid half on the pan.

Divide the fish into pieces with a spoon.

Add the dill at the last minute.

Spoon the rice on the plates.

Divide the fish with sauce over it and place the puff pastry and cauliflower..
