Sauerkraut dish with carrot and raisins
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: fresh parsley (a 30 g), red potatoes (bag a 1.5 kg), raisins (bag a 500 g), vegetarian smoked sausage (200 g), sauerkraut (500 g), herb broth (from 1 / 2 tablets), djinten (ground cumin) (pot a 25 g), carrot julienne (150 g) and crème fraîche (125 ml).

Parsley finely chop.

Halve potatoes.

Raisins grow in hot water.

Smoke sausage in slant slices.

Potatoes in plenty of boiling water with salt to taste in about 20 minutes.

In the meantime boil sauerkraut in broth with raisins and djintan for about 15 minutes.

Add carrot and boil for another 2 minutes.

Remove cooking water.
-
Add sausage and crème fraîche and heat up the dish.

Stir in half of the parsley and add salt and pepper to taste.

To cook another half by boiled potatoes.

Divide the potatoes into 4 plates.

Create sauerkraut next to it..
