A delicious Dutch recipe for pork fillet filled with ham and egg.

Ingredients
- 600 gram pork fillet
- 250 gram shoulder ham
- 4 cut White bread dried, finely ground
- 4 tablespoon whipped cream
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 4 leaf sage finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme only the leaves
- 4 egg peeled, hard boiled
- 2 tablespoon liquid baking product
- 25 gram butter ice cold, in lumps

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. Cut the roulade horizontally so that it can be folded open.

Mix the ham with the bread, cream, mustard and spices to a uniform mixture and season with salt and pepper.

Spread the ham filling over the inside of the roulade, while keeping the outer edges free.

Put the eggs in length. Fold the roulade back together and secure it with a few pieces of rolled rope.

Heat the baking product and roast the roulade all around.

Place the roulade in a roasting pan and bake it further in the oven for about 40 minutes.

Allow the roulade to rest for a few minutes on a bowl.

In the meantime, stir up the frying fat with a few tablespoons of boiling water and, if necessary, tie the gravy with a few lumps of ice-cold butter.

Cut the roulade into thick slices and serve with the butter gravy.
