French fish dish from the oven
A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, French vegetable stir-fry mix (450 g, frozen), pangasius fillet ((bag 750 g, frozen), thawed), onion (chopped), tomato cubes (a 400 g), bay leaves (bag of 4 g) , olive oil and Tuscan potato wedges (800 g).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Remove the herb butter from the stir-fry mix and scoop the mix into the baking dish so that it can thaw a little. Dab the pangasius fillet dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat the herb butter in a frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes. Add the tomato cubes and the bay leaves and bring to the boil. Season with salt and pepper.

Place the pangasius fillet on the stir fry mix in the baking dish and scoop the tomato sauce over it. Place the baking dish in the middle of the oven for 35 minutes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the potato wedges until golden brown in 12 min. Serve at the fish dish.
