French salad with bacon and egg
A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, outdoor eggs (box 6 pieces, Van Beek), haricots verts ((150 g), cleaned), olive oil, bacon, lettuce melange (100 g), onion (in half rings), tomatoes ( in parts), red wine vinegar and salad croutons garlic flavor (40 g).

Boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes. Cook the haricot verts in 6 minutes until al dente. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon for 3 min. Crumble coarsely.

Peel the eggs and cut into wedges. Divide the lettuce melange, egg tarts, haricots verts, bacon, onion and tomato into 4 plates.

Drizzle the salad with the rest of the oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with the croutons and pepper.
