French toast with gorgonzola and rosemary
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: gorgonzola ((cheese), uncrusted), crème fraîche (125 ml cup), medium dry sherry, rosemary, white bread ((casino), uncrusted), egg and olive oil.

Rub the gorgonzola in a bowl finely with a fork and stir in 1 tbsp crème fraiche and 1 tbsp sherry.

Ris the needles of the sprigs of rosemary and mix them through the cheese cream.

Season with pepper.

Spread 4 slices of bread thick with cheese cream.

Put the other slices on them, press them lightly and cut the bread into triangles.

Smooth the cheese cream on the bread edges.

Beat the egg with 1 tbsp crème fraiche, 1 tbsp sherry, freshly ground pepper and salt.

Heat the oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating.

Roll the bread triangles through the egg mixture.

Fry the French toast on not too high heat on both sides until golden brown and serve immediately..
