Beat the mayonnaise and chilli sauce together and put in the refrigerator.

Bake the baguettes in the oven according to the instructions on the package and allow to cool.

In the meantime, shake the onion rings in a bowl with the flour and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil and fry the onion rings golden brown in a few minutes. Scoop them out of the pan with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper.

Grill the chipola sausages over and over on the barbecue.

Cut the baguettes in half and cut the halves at the top. Push the sides slightly apart and top with 1/2 lettuce, 1 chipolata sausage, a few onion rings and a spoonful of sauce. Serve immediately.
