Fresh egg salad (child 1-2 years old)
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: eggs, yogurt mayonnaise, yoghurt, young cheese (grated), iceberg lettuce (in wafer thin strips) and brown bread.
Boil the eggs in about 10 minutes. Rinse them under cold running water and peel them. Prepare them in a deep plate with a fork. Mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, cheese and strips of iceberg lettuce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Brush the sandwiches with the egg salad. Cut the sandwich for your child into small pieces.
