Pre-fried pistolets with cream cheese, full cottage cheese, lime juice, fresh chives, cress and sunflower seeds.

Fry the pistolets until crispy and cooked according to the instructions on the package of the pistolets.

Roast the sunflower seeds in a dry frying pan.

Cut the chives finely and cut the cress above it. Stir in the cream cheese with a full curd cheese and lime juice. Stir in 3/4 of the chives-cress mixture and season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Cut open the pistolets and brush them with the herbal cream cheese. Divide the sunflower seeds and the rest of the chive-cress mixture.
