Fresh pasta salad with mackerel
Salad with mackerel, fusilli and pecans.

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. Add the beans for the last 3 minutes.

Heat a skillet without oil or butter and toast the pecans for 3 minutes. Squeeze the lemon.

Mix the yogurt with the mayonnaise and 1 tbsp lemon juice (per 4 people) and season with salt and pepper.

Put the broccoli rice in a sieve and pour the pasta and string beans above it. Drain.

Spoon the pasta, string beans and broccoli rice with the dressing and lamb's lettuce. Divide over a scale.

Drain the mackerel fillets and spread with the pecans over the pasta salad.
