Stuffed turkey with chicory salad

A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, turkey fillets (a 200 g), raw ham (eg Coburger), Gouda cheese (lightly aged cheese (pack of 190 g)), olive oil, baby potatoes (700 g), chicory, mayonnaise, apple ((eg Granny Smith) and in thin sections).

Directions

  1. Cut in the length of the turkey fillets so that an envelope is created. Put 2 slices of ham next to each other, put one slice of cheese on top and roll up together. Make another roll and fill the turkey with it. Close with the cocktail sticks and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the turkey in 15 min. Around golden brown and done.
  2. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes in 10 minutes until golden brown. Halve the stalk chicory, remove the hard core and cut the chicory into strips. Dilute the mayonnaise with 2 tbsp water. Add the chicory, apple and pepper and salt to taste.
  3. Cut the meat diagonally into 4 slices and spread over 4 plates. Serve with the baby potatoes and chicory salad.
