Cut the turkey fillet into 4 flat pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Heat the butter and fry the turkey fillets in 12 minutes until soft brown and done. Remove them from the pan and keep them warm.

Fry the mushrooms in the frying fat. Pour in the wine and let it boil slightly.
