Stir-fry of beans and corn cobs


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (pommes culinary (bag 1 1/2 kg)), green beans (cleaned), oil, meatballs (Swedish (355 g)), onion (in small segments), kidney beans ((400 g), drained), miniature flasks ((425 g), drained), cherry tomatoes ((250 g) and halved).

Directions

  1. Cut the potatoes in quarter lengthwise and boil for 10 minutes in little water.
  2. Cook the green beans for 5 minutes in plenty of water, rinse them under the cold tap.
  3. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the meatballs around.
  4. Add the potatoes and fry the balls and potatoes, stirring occasionally, browned together and done in about 10 minutes.
  5. Spoon the onion and stir fry for 3 minutes.
  6. Add the kidney beans, miniature chickens and green beans and stir fry for another 3 minutes.
  7. Spoon the cherry tomatoes and warm the dish for another minute.
  8. Serve the dish and grind salt and pepper to taste..
