Fresh tagliatelle with crayfish
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, onions, zucchini, stoneleeks, semi-sundried tomatoes (320 ml), fresh tagliatelle (with herbs (pasta, a 250 g)), crayfish (a 100 g) and pink shrimps (125 g) ).
Peel and chop onions.
Clean zucchini and cut into cubes.
Cleaning the stoneleeks and cutting them into rings.
Heat 5 tablespoons of tomatoes in woks.
Onions, zucchini and stoneleeks gently fry for 5 minutes.
Prepare Tagliatelle according to directions on packaging.
Add crayfish and shrimps to vegetables and warm them up.
If necessary, season with extra oil, salt and pepper.
Divide Tagliatelle over four plates.
Create vegetables-lobster mixture.
Garnish with sundried tomatoes..
