Spicy turkey with rice
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, fast cooking rice, turkey breast (approx. 250 g), Chinese cabbage, red pepper, sunflower oil, boemboe ajam smoor (100 g), sweet soy sauce and unsalted cashew nuts (a 170 g bowl).

Cook rice according to instructions.

Cut the turkey fillet into strips.

clean coal and cut into strips.

Clean pepper and cut into pieces.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in woks or casserole.

Turkey stir-fry for about 5 minutes and remove from pan.

Rest of oil in wok heating and paprika and coal stir-fry for about 3 minutes.

Add turkey, Bumbu spice and 100 ml of water.

Cook gently for approx.

10 minutes.

Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper.

Garnish the lime dish with cashew nuts, serve with rice..
