Thai drumsticks with coconut curry
A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, pandan rice, chicken drumsticks, sunflower oil, red Thai curry paste (pot, 225 g), coconut milk, oriental stir-fry oil, Thai vegetable mix (a 400 g) and sweet soy sauce.
Cook the rice according to the instructions for use.
fry chicken drumsticks with salt and pepper.
Heat sunflower oil in frying pan and chicken drumsticks around brown bowls.
Add curry paste and fry for 1 min.
Add coconut milk and simmer for 20 minutes.
Heat in stir-fry oil and stir-fry vegetables.
Season the vegetables with salt, pepper and sweet soy sauce.
Serve curry with rice and wok vegetables..
