Bring a large pan with water and possibly salt to the boil. Meanwhile cut the to in quarters.

Heat the oil in a large pan, add the spinach in parts and let it shrink in 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, put the tagliatelle in the pan with boiling water and cook in 4 minutes until al dente.

Add the cream cheese to the spinach and melt on a medium heat in 3 minutes. Add the salmon the last minute. Season with pepper.

Drain the tagliatelle and mix through the spinach-salmon sauce. Garnish with the tomatoes and serve immediately.
