Fresh tomato salad with basil oil
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: mozzarella (cheese, 125 g), beef tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil with basil (250 ml bottle), fresh basil (a 15 g) and ciabatta (bread).

Place Mozzarella in freezer for at least 10 minutes.

Clean tomatoes, cut them into wafer-thin slices and divide them over four plates.

Dust the tomato with salt and pepper and sprinkle with half of oil.

Carving the basil.

Mozzarella grates roughly and lay in the middle of tomato in little mountains.

Sprinkle the basil over it and sprinkle with the rest of the oil.

Serve with slices of ciabatta..
