Fricandeau with tuna sauce


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, green beans, vinaigrette (salad dressing 100 ml), tuna in water (à 185 g), olive mayonnaise (pot à 350 ml), capers, fresh parsley (à 30 g), roast fricandeau (meat dish) ) and ciabatta's.

Directions

  1. Clean green beans, wash and simmer for approx.
  2. 6 minutes.
  3. Serve green beans with cold water and mix with dressing.
  4. Draining the tuna.
  5. Mix tuna, olive mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons of capers into a smooth sauce in a food processor or with a hand blender.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Parsley finely chop.
  8. Spread out fricandeau on four plates.
  9. Distribute tuna sauce.
  10. Garnish with parsley and capers.
  11. Fricandeau served with spinach salad and ciabatta..
