Fricandeau with tuna sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, green beans, vinaigrette (salad dressing 100 ml), tuna in water (à 185 g), olive mayonnaise (pot à 350 ml), capers, fresh parsley (à 30 g), roast fricandeau (meat dish) ) and ciabatta's.

Clean green beans, wash and simmer for approx.

Serve green beans with cold water and mix with dressing.

Draining the tuna.

Mix tuna, olive mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons of capers into a smooth sauce in a food processor or with a hand blender.

Season with salt and pepper.

Parsley finely chop.

Spread out fricandeau on four plates.

Distribute tuna sauce.

Garnish with parsley and capers.
