Redfish fillet with Mediterranean sauce
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, cherry tomatoes (250 g), olive oil, potato wedges (bag of 450 g), redfish fillet (approx. 250 g), salt and pepper, lemon juice, Italian vegetable mix (250 g) and mediterranean olive sauce ( 180 ml).

Preheat oven to 200 ° C or gas mark 4.

To wash and halve.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in frying pan.

Add potato wedges and bake for approx.

2 minutes, then cover for another 5 minutes.
