Rice with grilled turkey


A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, olive oil, white rice, onion (chopped), garlic (peeled), tomatoes (in pieces), chicken broth (from tablet), carrots and peas ready (fresh, 350 g), orange, Mexican spices, turkey breast à la minute (350 g), corn kernels ((300 g) and drained).

Directions

  1. Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan.
  2. Rice with onion 2 min.
  3. Shedding rice grains.
  4. Squeeze out garlic.
  5. Stir in tomatoes and fry for 2 minutes.
  6. Pour the broth and cover the rice and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Roast carrots and peas with rice and cover for 10 min.
  8. Meanwhile, clean orange peel, peel off grated and press fruit.
  9. In bowl, stir 3 tbsp orange juice with orange zest, Mexican herbs and 2 tbsp oil to marinade.
  10. Halve turkey fillets, cover with marinade and leave for 5 minutes.
  11. Spread corn through rice and cover the rice for another 5 minutes, gently warm, until rice is smooth and cooked.
  12. Preheat the pan and roast turkey fillets (if necessary in parts) in 4-5 min.
  13. Brown and roast, half-turn.
  14. Prepare rice on four plates and put turkey fillets on it.
  15. Tasty with some tortilla chips..
