Rice with grilled turkey
A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, olive oil, white rice, onion (chopped), garlic (peeled), tomatoes (in pieces), chicken broth (from tablet), carrots and peas ready (fresh, 350 g), orange, Mexican spices, turkey breast à la minute (350 g), corn kernels ((300 g) and drained).

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 250 g White rice
- 1 onion shredded
- 1 clove garlic peeled
- 250 g tomatoes in pieces
- 500 ml chicken bouillon from tablet
- 1 bag carrots and peas ready fresh, 350 g
- 1 orange
- 1 tablespoon Mexican spices
- 1 Scale turkey breast à la minute 350 g
- 1 look corn kernels (300 g), drained

Directions

Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan.

Rice with onion 2 min.

Shedding rice grains.

Squeeze out garlic.

Stir in tomatoes and fry for 2 minutes.

Pour the broth and cover the rice and cook for 5 minutes.

Roast carrots and peas with rice and cover for 10 min.

Meanwhile, clean orange peel, peel off grated and press fruit.

In bowl, stir 3 tbsp orange juice with orange zest, Mexican herbs and 2 tbsp oil to marinade.

Halve turkey fillets, cover with marinade and leave for 5 minutes.

Spread corn through rice and cover the rice for another 5 minutes, gently warm, until rice is smooth and cooked.

Preheat the pan and roast turkey fillets (if necessary in parts) in 4-5 min.

Brown and roast, half-turn.

Prepare rice on four plates and put turkey fillets on it.

Tasty with some tortilla chips..
