Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the sausages over medium heat on all sides until golden brown and done.

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Slice the garlic.

In the meantime, heat the oil in a skillet and fry the thyme, garlic, leek, pepper and salt for 7 minutes on medium heat.

Add the tomato cubes to the leeks and warm for 2 minutes on a high heat. Mix in the cream cheese and warm for 3 minutes.

Cut the sausages into slices. Drain the pasta and mix with the sausages through the sauce. Sprinkle with the basil leaves.
