Fried banana with white chocolate coconut sauce

Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise. Roll the banana halves through the coconut grater and press the grater well.

Heat the coconut milk in a saucepan and melt the white chocolate. Keep warm on low setting.

Roast the rest of the grated coconut in a few minutes until golden brown in a dry hot frying pan.

Bake the breadcrumbed banana halves in golden butter in 4 minutes. Turn them halfway.

Serve with the white chocolate sauce and a scoop of ice cream. Sprinkle with the roasted coconut grater.
