Pear with pecorino
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: orange, hand pears (just not ripe Doyenne du Comice), lemon juice, honey, red wine and pecorino (cheese piece).

Peel of orange wash, dry and grate. Halve and squeeze the orange. Peel the pears, cut in quarters and remove the cores. Sprinkle lemon juice over it. Orange juice with grater, honey and wine to boil. Place pears in the oven and heat for about 5 minutes on low heat. Allow pears to cool in their own moisture.

Remove pears from moisture on plates. Allow the moisture to boil for about 5 minutes on a high heat. Pecorino topping pears. Mix 1 tablespoon of liquid around it.
