Fried salmon fillet with creamy herb sauce

Directions

  1. Cut the salmon fillet into 2 equal pieces and rub with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Leave for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the flour on a plate and swirl the salmon pieces until they are covered all around. Shake off the excess flour. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the pieces of salmon in 6-8 minutes nicely brown, turn them after 3-4 minutes. Put the salmon on warm plates, keep warm under aluminum foil.
  2. Stir the wine and cream through the shortening and let this mixture boil for 4-6 minutes on a high heat, until a sauce. Stir the herbs, lemon zest and salt and pepper through the sauce and warm for a while. Spoon the sauce over the salmon. Tasty with cooked potatoes and green salad.
