Spicy nasi goreng
Fried rice with chicken cubes, leeks, cabbage, bean sprouts, cumin and coriander.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Cut the chicken into cubes.

Chop the onion and press the garlic. Wash the leek and cut into narrow rings.

Heat the oil in a wok and fry the chicken cubes in 2 min. Brown.

Add the onion and garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Sprinkle the cumin and coriander over it.

Mix the leeks and cabbages with the chicken and simmer for 5 minutes. Put the rice and the bean sprouts through and fry the dish over a high heat for another 3 minutes.

Season the nasi spice with the soy sauce, sambal and salt.
