Fried shrimp with avocado salad

Mix the chilli powder, pressed garlic and pepper with the shrimp.

Clean the orange, grate 1 tbsp. from the peel and press the fruit. Peel the avocado and slice the flesh into slices.

Mix the (nut) oil with orange juice and 1/2 tbsp. orange zest, mustard, pepper and salt.

Scoop the dressing with the avocado and mixed salad.

Heat the oil in a frying pan or stir-fry stir-fry in the shrimp for 2-3 minutes.

Divide the fried shrimps over the salad and garnish with chives and orange zest.
