Cross the tomatoes. Immerse 20 sec. under in boiling water, rinse with cold water, drench, remove seeds and cut flesh into cubes.

Peel the garlic and press out over a bowl. Stir in the oil.

Cut one slice of ciabatta per person and toast in the toaster. Brush the ciabatta slices thinly with garlic oil.

Put the tomato cubes on it. Tear the basil leaves in three and garnish the bruschetta.
