Directions

  1. Clean the limes under hot water.
  2. Grate the zest of 1 lime and press out both fruits.
  3. Mix lime zest and juice with the ricotta, Greek yogurt or cottage cheese.
  4. Stir in the mayonnaise.
  5. Chop the shallots finely or grate them.
  6. Mix the shallot and chopped chives through the spread.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
