Fried steak with mushroom-port sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, steaks (a ca. 150 g at room temperature), salt and freshly ground pepper, liquid butter, sliced mushrooms (125 g) and red port.

Cut the steak into slices of 1 cm thick.

Carefully pat dry meat with kitchen paper and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

warm up the wok on high heat.

Heat butter.
-
Remove foam from the pan as foam and let it scorch all around in 1 minute.

Turn the fire down and let steak be red, rosé or cooked according to your preference in 1-2 minutes.

Remove the meat from the pan and keep it warm in aluminum foil.

Fire high again.

Bake the mushroom slices for 1 minute in shortening.

Extinguish with red port.
-
Season with salt and pepper.

Prepare steak by mushroom and serve immediately.
