Directions

  1. Put the couscous in a large bowl and mix with the curry powder, the raisins and salt to taste. Pour in so much boiling water that the couscous is just underneath. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a stirring fruit the garlic 1 min. Add the spinach in parts. Only add a new part if the previous part has shrunk.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Drain in a colander and push out the moisture with a spoon. Cut the spinach coarsely.
  4. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the falafel burgers in 4 min. Golden brown and done. Turn halfway.
  5. Stir in the couscous with a fork and mix in the spinach. Serve with the citizens.
