Fried string beans with garlic and balsamic vinegar.

Directions

Remove the tops of the string beans and cut each bean into 2 or 3 pieces. Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan or skillet. Fry the beans in them until they start to color.

Turn the heat down and let the beans in the oil be cooked almost in 15 minutes. Change regularly.

Spoon the garlic slices through the beans and let them continue for another 5 minutes.

Extinguish with balsamic vinegar and season the pepper and sea salt to taste.
