Frittata of sprouts
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: potatoes (solid, peeled and diced), Brussels sprouts (cleaned), oil, onions (in thin rings), eggs, milk and curry powder.

Boil the potato cubes and sprouts for 10 minutes in a bottom of water with salt.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the onion rings over medium heat in about 8 minutes until golden brown.

Season the onions with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Beat the eggs in a bowl with the milk and the curry powder.

Drain the potatoes and sprouts and stir them warmly through the egg mixture.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Heat the rest of the oil in a large skillet or skillet.
