Fruit salad with balsamic syrup
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: vanilla pod (bag 1.5 g), white balsamic vinegar, sugar, bay leaf, galia melon (halved), white grapes, mango (peeled), lime juice, strawberries (halved), fresh mint ((a 15 g)) and only the leaves).

Cut open the vanilla pod and scrape out the marrow with a knife tip. Bring the balsamic vinegar, sugar, vanilla pod and bay leaf to a boil in a saucepan and reduce to half. Stir frequently. Remove the pan from the heat and let the syrup cool down. Remove the vanilla pod and bay leaf from the pan.

Remove the seeds and skin from the melon and cut the flesh into cubes. Pick the grapes from the bunch. Peel the mango, remove the kernel, cut the flesh into cubes and drizzle with the lime juice. Put the melon, grapes, mango and strawberries in a glass dish and scoop. Sprinkle with the balsamic syrup. Garnish with leaves of mint.
