Fruit tarts
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: cake mix (450 g), butter, eggs, milk, jam, mascarpone (fresh cheese, a 250 g tray), summer fruit ((frozen, 300 g), thawed), chocolate decoration and icing sugar.

Mix cake mixture with butter, eggs and milk according to the instructions on the packaging. Fry the cake until golden brown in a square baking dish or a baking tin of 20x20 cm. Cut the cake into 16 squares and cut them across.

Mix the jam with the mascarpone and spread a good layer between and on the cake. Sprinkle the tarts with fruit, chocolate decoration and icing sugar.
