Cut the green cabbage into broad strips and cut the carrot into long slices.

Divide the vegetables with the cauliflower in a steam basket and hang them in the steamer or in the steamer over a layer of boiling water.

Steam the vegetables in ten minutes al dente.

Grind the peanuts in the food processor, there may be pieces in it.
