Peel and halve the potatoes and cook them in little water with salt al dente. Also boil the cauliflower florets in little water with salt al dente. Drain the potatoes and cauliflower and rinse the cauliflower florets with cold water. Cut the zucchini into 16 equal pieces. Thread alternately the potato, cauliflower, zucchini, tomato and satéballs on the satépennen. Brush the skewers thinly with oil and store them covered in the refrigerator.

Heat the peanut sauce in a saucepan over low heat or put the pan on the edge of the barbecue; stir the sauce occasionally. Place the skewers on a greased griddle over moderately hot fire and roast them for about 6 minutes and turn them regularly. Add the peanut sauce separately.
