Color changing cocktail of red cabbage, sugar, rosemary, vodka and lemon.

Put the red cabbage, crystal sugar, rosemary and water into a pan, bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 1 min.

Pour the liquid through a sieve into a clean dry bowl and let it cool down in about 1 hour.

Pour in a metal container. Put in the freezer for 5 hours. After every 2 hours stir with a fork every half hour.

Cut the lemon into pieces. Divide the granita over the glasses and pour the ice-cold vodka over it.

Serve with the lemon wedges so that everyone can make the drink purple.

If necessary, insert an extra sprig of rosemary.
