Bring the cream to the boil. Stir the custard powder with the vanilla sugar and milk and stir it through the boiling cream.

Let this cook for about 3 minutes and pour into the dough molds.

Fry the galettes in the oven for about 20 minutes and golden brown in the oven and let cool.

Divide the split pear together with the raspberries over the galettes. Sprinkle with almond shavings.
