Directions

  1. Thaw the filo puff pastry according to the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  4. Cut each sheet of filo dough into 4 equal pieces. Cut 1 star of approx. 10 cm from each piece of dough with scissors.
  5. Place the filo pastry stars on a griddle covered with parchment paper and lightly brush the dough with the melted butter.
  6. Bake the stars in the oven for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool and store in a well-sealable drum until use.
  7. Stir the cocoa and powdered sugar together in a bowl. Dust with a tea strainer ⅔ of the stars with the cocoa powder sugar mixture.
  8. With a tea strainer, dust the rest of the stars with the remaining icing sugar.
  9. Spoon a roll of cappuccino bavarois on each plate and carefully cover with a cocoa powder sugar.
  10. Put a roll of roll chocolate mousse on each plate and carefully cover with a powdered sugar star.
  11. Put a roll of roll chocolate ice on each plate and carefully cover with the rest of the stars.
