Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Lay the tortillas together and cut the pile crosswise to 8 triangles.
  3. Brush the tops of the triangles with the oil and sprinkle with the sugar and the coconut grater.
  4. Divide the triangles over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake in the middle of the oven in 10 min. Golden brown and crispy.
  5. Peel the mango. First cut the flesh of the kernel and then into small cubes of ½ cm.
  6. Remove the crowns from the strawberries and cut into ½ cm cubes.
  7. Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seeds. Cut the flesh as finely as possible.
